Current Projects in Motion
Staff Cabin Renovation
Status: In Progress
Goal: Gut and rebuild the staff cabin to make it clean, safe, and livable for summer teams and retreat leaders.
Latest Update:
– Interior demo completed
– Mold remediation underway
– Architectural planning finalized
Next Steps: Electrical + plumbing updates, insulating, and rebuilding interior layout.
Trail & Grounds Renewal
Status: Ongoing
Goal: Reopen overrun trails, beautify the grounds, and improve outdoor safety for campers of all ages.
Latest Update:
– Volunteer workdays cleared 40% of priority trails
– Downed trees removed
Next Steps: Continue clearing, signage installation, and new fire pit placement.
Boys Bathroom Rebuild
Status: Planning Phase
Goal: Replace aging, deteriorating restroom facilities with a clean, modern bathroom that meets safety standards.
Latest Update:
– Assessment completed
– Working with contractors for estimates
– Fundraising phase beginning
Next Steps: Approve design, begin construction as funds allow.
Rec Hall Restoration
Status: Early Stages
Goal: Restore and repurpose the Rec Hall so it can be used year-round for teaching, activities, and community gatherings.

– Structural repairs identified
– Interior cleaning + clearing started
Next Steps: Repair beams, update flooring, add heating + insulation.
