Staying Transparent. Celebrating Progress. Growing Together.
At Rock River Bible Camp, we believe donors, ministry partners, alumni, and families should always know what’s happening behind the scenes. This page is your home for real-time updates, renovation progress, answered prayers, and ongoing needs. As we work toward a stronger, safer, and more welcoming camp for every student, we want you to see exactly where your support is making a difference.
Current Projects in Motion

Boys' Bath House
We've installed water meters on the kitchen and bathroom lines so we can track usage and keep meals running efficiently at about 2 gallons per meal. We're also currently evaluating our septic system as part of the building permission process — a key step before we can move forward.
Staff Cabin
The staff cabin was already in use during camp this summer, and we're pushing to get it fully finished. Starting mid-September, we'll be installing whole-house fans and improving ventilation throughout. If all goes well, it could be complete before BOND this fall!
Water Drainage Behind the Girls' Cabins
We're planning a project to install a line behind the girls' cabins to route water away from the buildings and protect the foundations. Several volunteers have already offered equipment and time to help — if you'd like to join them, let us know!
From the Board & Directors
We’re incredibly thankful for the volunteers, donors, and deans who continue to make this work possible. As we look toward next summer, our focus is on creating safe spaces, expanding ministry impact, and stewarding every resource wisely.
