Join us for our 1st Annual Rocky Run/Walk!
This 2 mile rough terrain race will begin at 9 a.m. with registration starting at 8:30 a.m. The cost is $15 per runner/walker and will take place at Rock River Bible Camp. The 1st and 2nd place male and female winners will receive a prize and bragging rights! Pre-register by May 1st and receive a Rocky Run t-shirt! No shirt guarantee for those that register after May 1st. See full registration form available on side tear off sheet. Printable registration forms are also available online. If you don’t think you’re up to the challenge come as a spectator to cheer the runners on!!
This will be our 2nd Annual BagsTournament for Rock River Bible Camp!
We’ve made some improvements from last year so this year is going to be even better! There is a $10 team entry fee payable the day of the picnic. Bag sets have been graciously donated for our use this year! We will be set up to play at the gym/tennis court area of the camp so spectators be sure to bring your lawn chair!
The tournament will start at 2:00 pm on Memorial Day and there will be prizes for 1st, 2nd &Consolation teams. If you would like to participate you may sign up at your church or contact Mara Cavanaugh at 815-440-3635 for pre-registration.
Come help us kick off our 2012 season at Rock River Bible Camp with a picnic!
We will begin ourpicnic lunch at noon on Memorial Day. Please bring a dish to pass (anything from a casserole or lasagna dish to a big bowl of fruit) and tableware. Meat and drinks will be provided. Bring some extra cash to buy a 2012 Rock River Bible Camp t-shirt or a Rocky Raffle ticket you can purchase to either be put in for a drawing to win a prize or just as a donation to further beautify God’s camp. So plan to stay for the day and wear your walking shoes for a hike on our trails, ride your bike along the camp road, play catch with a friend with your ball and glove or enjoy the scenery of God’s creation from your lawn chair!! Kids we even have some special events planned just for you!!!
